Biography
Julian Wijn was born and raised in Amsterdam. He started with drum lessons at an early age and later picked up the piano. He began DJing at ten, taught by his downstairs neighbour, a full-time DJ, and a few years later bought his first set of decks and mixed regularly at home.
His sound blends old-school house with modern beats, shaped by his love of jazz, hip-hop, disco and soul.
He is established in Amsterdam's music scene, with sets at Shelter, Sieraad, Wester Unie and Thuishaven. Whether DJing or producing, he pairs nostalgic records with new ones. He pushes forward while staying rooted in the history of house music, and his sets show a deep respect for the genre and how it has evolved.
