Who we are
Evermore Group B.V., trading as Evermore Agency, Duivendrechtsekade 80, 1096 AH Amsterdam, is the controller for the data described here. For any question about this policy, contact contact@evermoregroup.nl.
What we collect
When you use the contact or booking form, we receive whatever you enter. On the contact form that is your name, email and message. On the booking form it is the details of the event (artist, date, venue, city, offer, timetable and logistics) and your business details: company, name, email, phone and, if you give them, business address, VAT number and the contacts for the contract, invoicing and artwork. Most of it is optional, and we do not ask for anything beyond what a form field requests.
Why we process it
Solely to answer the enquiry you sent us, whether that is a booking request, a general question, or a job application sent to jobs@evermoregroup.nl. We do not use form submissions for marketing.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, the form processor both forms submit to. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. If you have allowed marketing cookies, Meta receives pixel data as described in our cookie policy, including the fact that a booking request was sent, but never the contents of a form.
Embedded content
Artist pages carry real SoundCloud players, and the contact page carries a Google Maps embed. Both are loaded from the provider's own servers and are covered by SoundCloud's and Google's own privacy policies, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application emails only as long as we need them to handle the booking, question or application they concern, and delete them once that is done.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold on you at any time by writing to contact@evermoregroup.nl. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. It was last updated in September 2026.
